Fashion Mash: A Mash-Up of the Fashion, Art, and Theatre of Wicker Park

The first annual "Fashion Mash" of Wicker Park took place Friday October 1st, at the Flat Iron Building and then moved to the Double Door for the actual fashion show. It was an amazing night of art, music, and fashion.

For those of you who don't know, The Flat Iron Building, located at the corner of Milwaukee, North, and Damen, is a live-work residence and is the central hub for artists in the Wicker Park/Bucktown area.  The first annual Fashion Mash featured local boutiques and fashion designers. Before the fashion show, there was an open house in the Flat Iron Building where artists opened their doors to the public.

We visited Adam Siegel's studio and workspace where his beautiful artwork was on display.

He was nice enough to give us an interview which can be seen on artsentertainment.com soon.
